Contract to use the Vizion Leasing Website

This website is owned and operated by Vizion Leasing, whose principal place of business is at Office 109 Phase 1, Howard Road, Stanmore Business And Innovation Centre, HA7 1BT (referred to as "Vizion Leasing", "us", "our", or "we" in this statement) for the information of visitors (referred to as “you” or “your” in this statement) to our website.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you are using our website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and thereby have entered into a legally binding contract. If you disagree with any of our terms and conditions, then please immediately cease using our website.

Vizion Leasing reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.

Charges for our Brokering Services

All orders are subject to a processing fee of £199.00 ex. VAT for our brokering services. Payment is taken at the time of order in one lump sum via debit/credit card or bank transfer. As this processing fee covers the cost of arranging the deal, it is non-refundable should you choose to cancel an order. All fees are detailed at the quoting and order stage for transparency.

Pricing

Prices quoted exclude VAT for Business Contracts and include VAT for Personal Contracts. VAT is applied at the current rate; however, should this rate change, the updated rate will apply.

All vehicles include driven delivery to UK Mainland addresses and Road Fund Licence (RFL) for the duration of the contract. If the government changes the RFL rate and it increases, funders reserve the right to pass the additional cost on to the hirer.

Vizion Leasing reserves the right to amend prices either before or after an order is accepted. You will be notified of such a change, and you have the right to cancel your order if the change is not acceptable, without incurring any charges.

Prices displayed on our website are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by Vizion Leasing capable of acceptance by you.

Excess Mileage Charges

All our funding partners apply an excess mileage charge (shown as pence per mile), which will be charged at the end of your contract should you exceed your contracted mileage. Please refer to your finance contract and your order form for specific excess mileage details.

Most contracts charge a flat rate per mile, while others use a tiered structure—allowing only a certain amount of additional mileage before higher charges apply. It is important to check your finance agreement for full details.

Stock Vehicles

"Stock vehicles" refers to cars available in the UK for delivery within approximately 2–4 weeks of receipt of all completed contracts and the conclusion of any applicable cooling-off period. These vehicles may be at a dealership, held at a manufacturer's distribution centre, or at a UK entry port awaiting transport.

Delivery of stock cars is subject to change by the manufacturer or adverse weather conditions. Vizion Leasing cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the manufacturer or other circumstances outside our control.

Insurance

It is the hirer’s responsibility to fully comprehensively insure the vehicle. The individual obtaining the finance must be the main policyholder or a named driver on the insurance certificate.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a vehicle must be submitted in writing. It is your responsibility to ensure the written cancellation has been received and acknowledged.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
