Who we are

Vizion Leasing Ltd (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) is a credit broker, not a lender. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under Firm Reference Number [Insert FRN].

We act as an intermediary to help you arrange finance or leasing for vehicles through a panel of carefully selected third-party finance providers. We do not offer independent financial advice.

Our Services

We provide:

Personal and business vehicle leasing solutions
Access to a panel of finance providers
Assistance in selecting appropriate finance products based on your needs and circumstances

We do not provide regulated hire purchase agreements ourselves.

Credit Broking

We may introduce you to a limited number of finance providers. We are not an independent financial adviser, and we will receive a commission or other benefits from the finance provider if you enter into an agreement with them.

The nature of this commission may vary. You have the right to request details of the commission we may receive for arranging your finance.

Fees and Charges

All orders are subject to a processing fee of £199.00 ex. VAT for our brokering services, which will be clearly disclosed to you before you enter into any agreement. Any fees applicable will also be outlined in our pre-contractual information documentation.

You are entitled, at any time, to request details of any commission we may receive for placing your business with a finance provider. For more information, see our Commission Disclosure Document

Credit Checks and Affordability

All finance is subject to status and credit checks by the finance provider. Not all applicants will be accepted. The provider may conduct searches with credit reference agencies which could affect your credit rating.
